How does yoga teacher training work? Most of the Yoga teacher training programs are long anywhere from 21 days to a full month. Some of the courses are offering a full immersions including accommodation and meals and some of them are offering only the course. It is very important to do a research of the school and the teachers while making decision on which course to commit. Expect to study a lot and practice yoga asanas almost every day. Keep your mind open and be ready for expanding outside of your comfort zone. Yes, some days will include some sore muscles and maybe few tears bubbling up, but that’s all part of the growing process.
