Cosmos Oasis is a contemporary retreat hub in popular beachside Canggu, Bali, designed to share positive teachings and practices to support the expansion of your consciousness and increase your physical well being. The energy within Cosmos Oasis is directed to developing your connection to spirit, a pleasant and uplifting energy to ‘tune’ into.

The COSMOS ONLINE courses feature Ningrum Ambarsari who will guide you to new levels of experience and expansion on a personal level and also guide you to become an accredited Yoga Teacher.
We suggest, if possible, to have your practise and learning consistently in the one space, ideally that you have created for this purpose.

Yogananda’s biography, The Autobiography of a Yogi, introduced millions to meditation and the power of Kriya Yoga, a way of seeing and being very few in the Western world had experience or knowledge of.
Yogananda Paramahansa was sent to spread the teachings of yoga to the West, to show the unity between Eastern and Western religions and to encourage a balance between Western material growth and Indian spirituality. His plain living , high thinking principles and Kundalini practices attracted and awoke people from all backgrounds.
Yogananda was the first major Indian teacher to settle in America, arriving in 1920, settling in Los Angeles in 1925, and, in 1927, was the first prominent Indian hosted in the White House (by President Calvin Coolidge)
The power and beauty of his teachings expanded his influence worldwide: he initiated thousands into Kriya Yoga. He published the book said to have changed the lives of millions, Autobiography of a Yogi, in 1946 .
